@75adasko Remember that the PID sets the temp at the brew boiler so the ultimate temp at the grouphead will be several degrees lower (anywhere between 7-14ºF depending on the grouphead design) due to thermal losses (namely convection). Assuming the offset is 10ºF, that puts the group right at 203.8ºF which sounds quite like a factory setting to me.
It is too fast anyway, you have just 10bar on manometer. As I know Vibiemme calibrate OPV to 12 where 12-4 gives 8 for cake. This offset you mentioned is clear, issue is that you never know what is on E61. BTW Izzo Alex Duetto DB PID is calibrated for brew temperature
from the color of the crema it looks like a pretty drastically under extracted shot... quick or not.

What is 102/101 on PID? hope it is not in temp in Celsius....

Not bad machine, slightly fast pour for a double, but nothing thst can't be fixed.
