Its funny how u said u were on accutane and it cleared u up in a previous video u dnt even seem like it caused u any damage and yet u try to tlk mad shit about accutane when your perfectly okay it would atleast seem...accutane is a great drug and when taking with caution i persoanlly believe tht it is safe..

You might want to check out the Food Hospital on 4OD (Episode 6) with the features by doc pixie mck, food intolerance is becoming a monster industry and the info they give out seems pretty random and ambiguous, could even be dangerous to your health. saying that, I don't eat a single food that could cause allergy and am not left with much i can eat..

Might wanna look into fluoride. I've never heard of taking it for magnesium absorption. All I've heard about are the negative things having it in our water is doing to us. Google: fluoridealert

Its such a shame really, having to deal with side effects but its great that you are sharing your experience. I guess when you have acne you gravitate towards drastic "solutions"- I briefly considered roaccutane to get rid of mild acne. Instead I read everything I could about raw greens and alkalinity in the blood. It helped me so much! X from DK
