Hey Mat. Can I do this without a divine and with an sc shield? Sc shield (magic) can be compared to a spectral, it's highly magic resistant. 88 def 85 magic. Going to use polypore staff, if that matters. Please reply.

Very nice =o I tested this too but I used an eagle-eye kiteshield instead of a divine (because I'm poor...) and brews instead of purple sweets (again I can't afford to pay 9k+ a piece for food that heals 30lp =P). Anyway with the kite I had a mage absorption of 67% and the highest i saw was a 405 hit with 416 absorbed. I believe his max with mage is normally 970, so the absorption would reduce that to 455. Definitely makes it much harder to die =P
