That's interesting. I would ask what does your family put in their coffee? Milk, cream artificial sweeteners? There's a ton of info out there warning about the horrors of the milk industry and cows being shot with antibiotics and the gummy poisons in sweeteners. Real sugar is processed and isn't much better for you. So I think you may want to consider those issues as well.
I have been sharing healthy coffee with my friends and after drinking a few cups they refuse to drink traditional acid coffee. Its coffee that reverses the negative effects of coffee but has remarkable health benifits. WOW!
@TheSHERIE68 Yes, and it may spike your blood sugar as well. Thanks for sharing your story. I still drink coffee - especially when I need to stay awake or engage in a very boring task.
I quit coffee when I had a big infection in my jaw bone due to a crowned botched root canal and the coffee made the infection pang and hurt acutely. So after endodontics fixed my upper jaw, I started drinking coffee again. And I know I felt much stronger and healthier when I was not drinking any coffee. But for one year now I am back on it. If you don't mind having to urinate every 15 mins, coffee is fine : ( It makes me hyper active : ( Just like sugar coated puffs : (
I've had coffee everyday for about 10 years. Two months ago I had my normal coffee and suffered from major nausea and anxiety for about 3 hrs. I had coffee the next day and I got sick again. I stopped drinking it for a couple days and started on tea. Not sure if it was the ingredients in the coffee that became toxic or the caffeine.
I've been researching energy drinks and caffeine for an anatomy paper that I have to write. What I have found is that not coffee, but the overdose in the caffeine in the coffee is what's bad. The standard amount of coffee is 3 cups a day, which seems quite extreme to me, but an excessive amount will spike the heart rate, along with any source of caffeine. The spike in heart rate causes stress on the heart, so if you are going to quit drinking coffee you can still drink decaf and maintiain health
I like your example, for the info, coffee is GOOD for you, I've made an article and in the works for making a video that I'll post as a v-response to this video explaining why.

@borgan4life I have also had strange symptoms from drinking coffee - on and off.
sometimes I do feel way too 'wired' from a single cup.
