For more on fossils, dinosaurs & evolution try the excellent books by Richard Dawkins, ' The ancestor's tale ', ' The Blind Watchmaker', ' Climbing mt Improbable', ' Unweaving the rainbow' also Daniel Dennett, ' Darwin's dangerous idea ' or PZ Meyers website Pharyngula or Peter Atkins.
@ElGorkoIsBack It wouldn't matter what epoch, since the evidence shows a frog just like todays frogs. So if the epoch was supposedly 50 mill yrs ago it demonstrates that frogs haven't changed much in 50 mill yrs.
Fossils just happen. There is no need to invent fictitious time periods, for animals that exist today and would have continued had it not been for a shift in weather patterns.
@prffsrx Geologic periods differ from one another by the extinction of many species and the evolution of new ones .In otherwords each Geologic period have species that are unique to that period only . Most species die out in less than 4 million years . Some species survive to the present.
This was clearly placed there by Satan to deceive us.
