@RectalDiscourse If you mean the two chords he plays during when he sings "can't get anything figured out" I believe it's just a C#m chord, then he just moves the root note to the 5th fret of the low E string, so it would be (low e to high e)

thats because the bathrooms are mostly all hard surfaces, which rebound sound waves rather than absorb them, like soft surfaces. thats why soundproof rooms have a lot of cloth and porus surfaces, so soundwaves can be absorbed. :)
