why on earth would you pick your specials to be that? i dont even have the game and i know that 1) no skill should ever be 10 due to bobble heads 2) either strength or perception shud be 8 cuz you can get the ant perk 3) luck should never be above 8 due to the lucky 8 ball

and in additon to the bobble head that means 10 luck, thats why you should only get stats to 9 or 8 in some cases, there is a bobble head for EVERY special attribute and some have perks that add on

The games glitchy and you don't always receive the Lucky 8 ball from the lady in big town. I didn't. So really its best to have Luck at 9.

Int 1, Not a very good thing you know. The more int you have the more spare points you get by lvling up. You should of get at least 9 of int , becouse of the int bobblehead to have it maxed up. Anyway :)

This game has one on of the lames AI and the most easy combat in a First person game i ever seen.Dont forget the bloody steam packs.What whit that ?! Really Love how he put the stats at the beginning, since you don't level up nothing matters. The bat and 10mm will do better with high strength and agility. Then the 10 luck will help you start out with finding amazing things before you leave the vault, and this leads to getting better things for when you leave, then you change it when you leave to what you would want originally. Smart! At least there's someone who knows what there doing; He is an evil character in the game
