We don't just merge lol. It's called "roundabout", something fairly new in USA as far as I know, but long known here. There is no lights in this kind of intersections, and you're supposed to let pass the ones already inside the circle. The problem is that at 8.00am all the roundabout and surrounding roads are full, so people just tries to merge and lets others merge, in a more slow traffic. But in the normal fast traffic you just have to stop and let them pass. Example: kgth1SQRGPQ
