Thats one badass pinto I am building a 80 bobcat with a 351c 4v-C6 where did you get those headers are they custom made or store bought and can I get a set please email me.
What the fuck are you talking about man...i see original doors....I have a 1980 pinto/blue/all original/ needs piston rings. send me a message if anyones interested.
Beautiful car. I had a 73 Pinto, 302 approx 350H.P. C4 trans with a B&M ratchet shifter. Ford 9inch rearend. I think with a 3:90. Mine also was black. Believe it or not I was going to paint flames on mine. That was the next step, followed by a roll cage and tubed rearend. Your Pro Street Pinto is where I would like mine to have gone. Unfortunately, I got married and the car was no longer practical for a daily driver...so I sold it. I still regret it to this day. Ever think of selling yours.
Nice car. You have to laugh when you consider that the engine originally designed for this American compact (a 4 cylinder, single overhead cam of 1.6 or 2.0 litres) was considered quite a hairy engine when fitted to some of our small saloons (sedans) of the late 1970's and early 1980's. In the US it may have even been 2.3 litres. Wow! V8s are a bit of a rarity in the UK. The Rover/Buick one of 3.5 litres was the only commonly available V8 over here. I like this Pro Street style road car.
