It was true in the late 1800 and early 1900's, yea. Fairbanks.. Vega.. Stromberg.. Also in Philledelphia, S.S. Stewart, and in Chicago, Lyon & Healey, Washburn.. All the good banjos were made a hundred years ago or so..
