it just... idk, this is pretty bewildering for me when japanese switch from using japanese to english and they also use the accent that they were familiarized with. (like in the movie BECK, where the girl's supposedly from NY but she speaks English with an Australian accent)...

Keito's accent isn't English. It's heavily Japanese. Not being mean. It's just a Japanese accent.

@TheDarkSideHasTacos It's mainly Japanese, yes, but there are noticeable slurred traces of a British accent mixed in, as well as an English slang to his pronouncation.

@mebemyself247, it's very very slight if there at all. Many Japanese have a "slight British accent" due how the Japanese pronounce vowels. It's definitely not strong enough to call it a British accent. His grammar isn't perfect either. Very odd for someone to live in England for 4 years and have virtually no trace of sounding like an experienced English speaker. Again, I'm not being mean. I just don't get why people are "squealing over his Brit accent."

I think that "people are 'squealing over his Brit accent.'" simply because they are Keito-fangirls. I mean, they're going to squeal over Keito whether he can speak English (with or without a 'Brit' accent) or not. That's just how some [NOT all!] fangirls are.
