  • Let's give this misleading half-baked video some context:

You breath slower and quiter BECAUSE you are healthy not the other way round. Just like an athlete has a slower pulse because he keeps exercsising and eating healthy. An unhealthy body NEEDS the extra oxygen. And until the lunges and body are adjusted to less oxygen deep breathing techniques will help to cope.

    Please stop spreading rubbish ideas.

  • ARTOUR I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

  • very nice work ,thank u for ur information, wish they put these kind of programms instead of American idol and co.

  • @artour2006 how? I review your site. But nothing shows Instructions. And I hear the buteyko method is dangerous?

  • @btownshreds1

Click on "Learn" and you get all instructions.

  • @artour2006 so please teach me how to breath correctly !

  • @btownshreds1 You need to choose your best options on NormalBreathing website.

  • Shouldn`t athletes after effort breathe as little as possible to be better oxygenated?

  • @jureker

    Yes, for faster recovery.

  • Based on the information presented here, I feel the deep need to express the vast knowledge of the subject matter contained within said video. You see. I, personally, am an expert breather. I have practiced the art of breathing since I was a child. My journey within the complex field of breathing techniques began just after birth. From there I discovered variations of the breathing experience. For example severe asthma, allergies and later natural extreme deep breathing while in the heat of pas

  • Listen Mr. Frenchy: keep doing your little mathematic equations from today till tomorrow. Maybe one day you'll wake up and realize there is an art to breathing that no one in the west understands and people like you are the reason the easterners keep it hidden from us!

  • @Fupper16 He's not French, he is Russian and while we are at it what does his nationality have to do with anything? How about leaving the United States once in a while so that you can differentiate between different nationalities before making ignorant comments.

  • @Fupper16 Hatha yoga masters breathe less than typical westeners.Dr Buteyko taught how to retrain your breathing -to breathe less AND increase body oxygenation.Artour Rakhimov's teaching is in line with the view of chinese philosopher Lao Tsu,"The perfect man breathes as if he is not breathing"This is the basis of Eastern understanding of breathing!

  • @Fupper16 Easterners aren't keeping anything hidden. They would greatly give information to us if it was good information. No country is that evil. It's just we don't agree on what's 'good' (different religions, ways, practices) ... We're all trying to put in our helpful comments and bring positivity to the scene of the world, and help everyone find that blissfulness that can be easily respectfully shared. Idea's with self worth attached to them hurt everyone when it's time to expand.

  • @maxwellpassion How can you assert that Easterners are not hiding anything? How can you be sure they want to share information? There is information that I've been privy to that no American knows of, and they don't want to share it because all Americans care about is fame, money, and glory. They would take chi and market it for millions. And that's simply not how chi works.

  • @guitarphil27

    > they breathe heavier i believe that they breathe heavier because their body needs that much air to repair themselves...

Can you provide any evidence that more air can repair them...?

In my view, many of them are as brainwashed as you are about benefits of deep unconscious breathing pattern.

  • im not saying breathing hard all day is healthy... obviously ur body would be exhausted and would take a lot of energy ... but 5- 15 minutes a day is prob a good thing especially for people who dont exercise.. take an olympic runner for example... they use their lungs quite a bit and im sure are healthier than most average humans... i believe that this excess breathing in their bodies is what makes them as healthy as they are today.

  • Hold your breath for a day. Or breathe through a straw for a week. Smoke cigarettes! And then see how you feel. According to this guy, that's how we're supposed to breathe! Obviously this man is making fraudulent claims... "Not a single medical study..."??? This video is a joke.

  • go hyperventilate for 10 minutes and see how you feel. Or, alternatively, force deep breathing for a day and see how you feel.

  • Thanks for a smart reply to information that goes against a lot of intelligent advice.
