Compared to girls, most boys these days don't take things as seriously as them. I mean when training , most of the boys I know only follow a schedule, while the girls spent all their extra time training.
In a sense, the reason why for all this awe this days about girls is because the boys aren't as active as them.

Strenght did not matter here. You don't put your opponent out of balance and then do the right move, you get him down on the ground. She was not very smart after the move, though. She stopped doing anything thinking it was over. The guy owned her in the last seconds of the clip.
