Honda CB 750 K 1979 idle speed noise from gearbox

They all do it, the chain tension is increased by oil pressure, mine has always done it , 65000 miles & fine, don,t worry :)

I also have the same bike but it wont run idle. Will check if the carbs run in sync.

The problem is solved. I replace the primary chain.

I also have this noise! I am hoping its not a knock from a connecting rod!

This is primary chain noise. It's worned. I will fix it this wintertime.

I have a 1979 cb750L and it makes the same noise, but not as loud, did you ever figure out what it was? my bike runs awsome, but i want to fix that noise
