Just a correction. The teacher talks about American Spanish, there is a difference in Spain (as American English and British English, you know). In Spain, we use almost never "Ustedes", we use the form "Vosotros", the meaning is the same, but the pronouns are different.

Personal: Vosotros
Reflexive: os
Possesive: vuestro / vuestra / vuestros / vuestras
Indicative: the same as the possesive.
