There is no difference! To the people below: Her MTV Unplugged, 1995 Madison Square Garden, Merry Christmas II You 2010, Thanksgiving Special and more are ALL 100% live. I know this to be fact, because I was in the audience. All in all, she is a fantastic songwriter, singer & performer. Stop feuding, hating & arguing with each other. Enjoy the shows/videos. You can not appreciate the true essence of the performance, if you are so quick to feud & debate. Live a little & just ease up! Why hate?

It's pretty close. The main difference is that the second audio is an audience recording so the quality is obviously going to be different. Overdubbing is also a standard practice in broadcasting, TV and radio. It has been done for decades. Most prominent singers go in later to touch up their vocals to sound their best for the larger audience.

I'm not sure I get the point of this video; there's no controversy here. The 'undubbed' vocals are excellent, the only difference with the dubbed vocals is they're louder and slightly clearer which isn't a big deal.
