You can mix any Chinese herbs together. They won't explode. Whether they give you the desired result is a different issue depending on your knowledge.

You can buy any herb from the herbal store in the nearest Chinatown.

Your method is too complicated and won't work.

Use 10 grams of each herb you pick.

Add 5 cups of water (5-oz cup).

Boil, then simmer for about one hour to get 2 cups of solution. Drink one cup a day. This will last 2 days.

Throw away the boiled herbs. Don't eat them!
