Just when you showed the 4 aces box I thougt this: why don't you close the lid like the bottom and put on the 6 faces the 1 to 6 club cards? Wanna play dice? ;-)

Should be interesting for a cardician to invent a dice trick done... with cards!

Do you mean the selected card is physically sitting in the box, or is incorporated into the box? It would be neat to have the person's selected card be incorporated into the box, much like Kam's box where the ace of spades is the floor of the cube.

Right. You can make solid cubes if you want. Put an Ace through 6 on the outside and you have dice.
