cached version is simply that, a version of the site from the last time you visited it that was saved (cached) on you're computer, this means you can watch whatever you watched before but nothing new and download links etc' will not work

you could inf the temporary internet files on your pc and do exactly the same without ever opening google or any other site

That doesn't unblock the site, it simply gives you the cached version, then when you click on something else like if you used this on facebook and tried to view a profile it would come up blocked again,

n btw if any1 having iphone then there is a easy way to open,,, js download hotspot vpn from AppStore n after install open it n ull see hotspot setting click tht thn install the Vpn,, when it done go to iphone setting n u'll see VPN turn it on when it says conented,, then go to any blocked websites i guaranty u it will work,, but it ends in a week, do it again

lol, cached is an image of the website, take facebook for example, when your at school at it is blocked, when you click on cached, it will look like it is working but it is just an image, when you click on log in, it will become blocked...

there are many ways of unblocking websites that are blocked by using Command promt, but it is not reliable as some schools take of command promt for students so it would not work...

write down the IP and Port number.

Go to the control panel, then Network and Internet (may be different on XP and Vista)

then click Internet Options (again, may be different).

Then go to the "Connections" tab and click "LAN setting" and tick the "use a proxy server" option.

Then click "advanced" then type/paste in the IP and Port you got on the other site, and tick off "use the same proxy server for all protocols"
