  • wow that's seriously weird, this girl is the first girl i had sex with, so i was like i' ll google her name expecting to find a facebook profile or something to find out what she became... and pow! she is a famous poker player or something

    o__O

  • @BaconProfessional your 28 shes 20 when did you loose your virginity?? when you were 24??

  • @thegreekist she is 22, born september 1988 if my memory is right , and I am not 28???

  • @BaconProfessional then why did you take your age off on your channell???

  • @thegreekist ????????????

  • annette is 20

  • why did mebaran get so many thumbs down? five betting j-10 is very advanced good players do it to other good players when there is alot of history and deep stacks

  • Well i don't know much about Annette. But I think you can't say that Daniel Negranu is an idiot! He has proven all over the years that he is one of the greatest tournament player in the world. Off course he tries to exploit his personality to reach fame, but for sure he's not an idiot!

  • anette, i believe is around 22, and never deposited on any poker site, built up thousands starting on 0, so that is a fete deserving respect. although she is annoying, i still think shes good, not one to berate or under estimate

and daniel, in my opinon, one of the best live tournament players around, hes old school, hustled people in pool bars at a young age, a true gent

neither are really fame hungry idiots as you state bob, there well estabished poker players. stop the hatred.

  • get a clue seriously

  • hahahahahahah oy my god negreanu not one of the best players? omfg he is THE best player in the world

oh got the comments on youtube just keep getting better

  • somebody sounds a lil jealous

  • "5 betting with JT".....please, God, make me this good some day...

  • Uhm, she was referencing a leak of hers, not a strength. Tard

  • I know this. But the fact that she actually had the balls to do that in a live tournament means that she must really trust her reads. My game is not as dynamic as hers whatsoever...hence, I want to be good enough to be able to 5-bet with JT when necessary (and trust me, sometimes it is).

  • lol, you think sherlock? she was joking

  • Every major poker player in the world can tell you a story about taking a pretty heavy loss at some point in their careers, or a bad string of cashless tournaments. Every one of them will tell you poker is a long-term game, with real winners determined over years, not hours, days, or weeks.

Also, there are a few million reasons why she doesn't fail. You don't win many chips for being pretty.

  • she isnt pretty^^

  • The term gambling means placing significant money on a marginal situation. This often occurs in poker. In the long term however is the edge you gain over lesser oppenents enough to justify the massive finical swings.

  • Oh dear. People trying to convince each other they're the better poker player in a video comments page on the internet. Sigh.

  • amen

  • your all a bunch of morons. Id like to see any of you support urselfs for a year without a job and just playing poker. and not online poker, Real Live poker. feel the pressure when u have a week to pay the rent and ur $400 short. Thats a true Grinder.

  • You chose gambling instead of working, and act like you're the bigger man to. And yes it is gambling if you're playing your/for your rent in a casino, if not an act of desperation. So , you're a mediocre player because any intelligent poker player whouldn't have to do what you're saying you are, and you're braging about it online.True Grinder i tell you.

  • I dont "gamble" I play poker big difference bro. but you as an average, chase a flush draw to the river, calling two raises with a QJ type of player wouldnt know what i mean by that. But an "intelligent poker player" as u say would know what im talking about.

  • When i said "gamble" i didn't mean strategically in poker, i meant in your life.

And what an intelligent human being (or poker player, if you like) whould do when he rellied on a stressfull and unpredictable game/proffesion(?) like poker is

on paying his rent, which really is a big deal in life, whould be to just fold and consider a new strategy in pulling it through,

rather that sticking to it and bragging about it to total strangers which in an offensive kind of way.

  • I'm sorry i ever commented on you, i guess it's not everyone is an objecting thinking person in this world nowadays, it's all ego.

It's really really hard to make a point when people think like you do and with your answer you just prove me right.

Good luck in grinding your way through life, i really wish you make it. I'll just slowplay my aces and get the most out of my life on the river

rather than raising and get bust in the turn.

  • i like the saying

  • allright bro, i hear what ur saying about the stress of life and pulling it through. However, Poker doesnt stress me out I Love It! But maybe some of us like the risk, we like the challenge of beating out the odds and trying to outplay people for a living. its much more satisfiying having to actually make the money. It might sound like i got a big head, but im actually very modest when it comes to playing cards. And btw, i am actually going to get a "real job" as a Poker Dealer =)

  • Right on Marklar... it's amazing to me how many of these poker "professionals" are really nothing more than gambling addicts. Don't get me wrong, I love Poker, but it's just a game.

  • a-men brother. Poker is gambling, pure and simple, people who think its all 'skill' are just fooling themselves.

  • can we say gambling and skill?

  • I'm definitely not saying that it's all luck- in fact I think that it is skill by far that makes a good poker player. However, I am put off by people that make the choice to quit their jobs and what not and become "professional" poker players. It's a profession that seems about as noble and productive as becoming an ad exec.

  • Your fooling yourself retard... Poker is no gambling, its pure math.. Because you dont know how to play the game, and thus are a looser, doesnt mean that me and many others dont get a living out of it..

  • I have to disagree. I get the initial thought that you do not play poker, at least not to a high level. I thought the same way as you did when I first started out... "oh, this game is easy". It isn't. Poker is not so much about tells and reads either; it's more to do with betting patterns and player tendancies, which are a very different thing entirely. Poker can be taught to a novice in 5 minutes, though it would take years to teach that same person to consistenly beat a pro.

  • You're stupid. If the the best player in the world consistently plays against the 2nd through 9th best players in the world, over time he willl win. His edge over them might not be huge, but he will still beat them by some margin. There is no plateau to reach because, as of yet, poker can't be solved. A game like heads-up limit hold em might be able to be 'solved' in so far as it could become possible to program an unexploitable bot... but not for no-limit, or PLO etc.

  • that is why most people who win big tournaments after their big win say that 'poker' is alot harder to win at then it used to be? no, its because the game takes 1-2 years of practice and you can call yourself a 'professional' . and alot of 'professionals' end up busting out in the long run, or quitting because their edge is too small.

  • A good poker player places a bet on favourable odds, a gambler places bets on odds that are not favourable, that's the difference.

  • Poker is all about probability, psychology and luck! Being able to calculate probability and being able to get inside someones head and play their tendency's are skills hard to master.

  • In the short run... when u think about it... poker is gambling... but, when these top players see the results of good play add up for a long period of time... it becomes investing rather then gambling

  • Annette is not an elite player. On CardRunners video Taylor Caby played heads up againt her and beat her ass.

  • did i give you permission to speak?

  • and you are....?

  • Its so fucking pathetic with all these dickless donks who slam players like Annette. The girl has been a consistent winner online for the last two years, already has a bracelet by winning a tournament with an incredibly tough field, and then final tabelling an EPT event a month later. What's your accolades thegun888?

  • @ToTheTopJohnny to bad she sucked major donkey dick at the WSOP.

  • she marks the head of the new "reckless" internet poker era. Where people have no regard for their chips anymore, riskig their tournament stacks with QJ, where the situation does not warrant it. If you had bothered to watch the WSOPE at all you could see Annette pushed all in several times unneccisarily, and these Kids actually think this is how the game is meant to be played! I am 19 years old, i am not an old man having a cry at internet kids winning games, but the fact that their moronic play

  • You my friend are a moron. You think watching someone play poker on tv is going to explain why they make the decisions at the table? If you had the ability to think you would know that every good player makes decisions at the table based on many variables that which you an observer may not know of. How do you know the opponent she shoved against was behind her range? Your not in her head so you cant critisize the decision moron

  • alll i gotta say is pocket 3's

  • YouTube is full of people offering advice and criticism to the top players.

It's like offering advice to Mike Tyson in his prime on how to punch.

Don't do it. They're better than you are.

  • I think you are putting it highly out of context. Poker is a "sport" that is highly judgemental on how the game is played, with a high variance of luck. Now, if you look at boxing there is virtually no luck at all. Annette may beat me 60/100 times heads up, but i will lose 100/100 times to Tyson boxing. Therefor I would never dream of criticising Tyson. Refferinng to Annette in Poker as an example to Tyson in his prime to boxing is absoloutley rediculous. I am only criticising Annette because...

  • learn to spell. air head.

  • Nope im not "an" retarted donkey. If you watch the tournament you will see. Someone like Phil Hellmuth only hasto avoid getting unlucky being a 4 to 1 fav to win, she has to be lucky being a 4 to 1 dog 10 diff times in the tournament to win

  • I am not old myself, but i hate the disregard for chips these young players have, with their all in preflop mentatlity. Annette is one of the biggest offendors of this. When her luck runs out she will be back to playing 1c/2c tables

  • U must be an retarded donkey "thegun888"

  • the dumbest comment ive ever seen on youtube.

    are your parents siblings?

all of your ancesters must number in the millions, its hard to believe that many people are to blame for producing you.

  • To all those who think Annette is a better tournament player than Daniel, you are absoloutley kidding yourself. In WSOPE, she could could have been knocked out about 5 diff times, each time being a close to 4 to 1 dog, SHe also made some horendous plays, that all in push with QJ against tabatabai when he reppoed her, which he proved the whole tournament that he doesnt fold any hands.

  • much agreed

  • go 5betting with 10J suited ooooh that mustve hurttt

  • Annette SUCKS!

  • Annette IS a better tournament player than Daniel. However Dan is a better cash player. Annette herself has said she sucks at cash games. Tourney is her forte.

  • I wouldnt be suprised if Annette wasnt a better tourney player then Daniel. A lot of online players are sick players and have a lot more knowledge about the game vs live pros. Cash games is a diff story...

  • Live games requires way more skill than online. Most pros that play live have been playing way longer than most pro online players therefore they know more about the game. And daniel negreanu won more money in tournaments than any other player that hasn't just won a single main event.

  • I think playing often trumps playing longer.

  • Actually, live tables are usually much softer.
