@guerero93 You did? I couldn't find him in PCM 09. But you are right, when you see a rider in the game who grows rapidly, he will do that in reallife too. For example, take Cyril Gautier. He's now riding at BBox, but in the 2008 game, he started at Auber 93, then he went to Agritubel, 2 years later he went to AG2R and after one year I took him over to my Rabobank team. After that he won 3 times the Vuelta. That's because Gesink won 5 times the Tour;)
