  • wtf r u doing bro add about 20 lbs and do anywhere from 4-12 reps... start with 12 and add weight do about 4 sets on ur last set u should only be able to do about 4-6 reps...thats the kinda weight that build muscle

  • tyteddie is almost rite if you do too many reps you are ripping this is not something i would advise someone of your size to do yet you need to build muscle first. though 6 reps are better as you must have a high metabolism. stick to basic mass building exercises such as curls rather than cutting exercises such as preacher/conc curls. and dont move your elbows when doing bicep curls as this makes the shoulders do some of the work

  • and btw, its not a good idea to do both biceps and triceps in the same workout. pair triceps with chest because chest work such as benching uses triceps aswell, and pair biceps with work on your back because pullups, lat pull downs, and back/biceps rows use back and biceps. your muscles need sufficient rest otherwise you will gain nothing

  • As they said, too many reps. You should concentrate on benchpress, squat and deadlift. Your legs don t look like ever been trained. But you are young and i think you have a good potential.

  • If you want to grow fast I hope you have some compound exercises in your routine. Try to start each workout with something like deadlifts, squats, bench press, cleans, etc. That is what will make you grow. Try to only lift with weights that you can only do 6-10 reps of without cheating.

  • Nice workout but you are overworking your biceps. Using too light weight and too many reps actually lessens workout intensity, becaue time is also a factor. more weight + less reps + shorter time = big muscles.

    Measure them, they should grow every week.

    try a few weeks with only 3 - 4 heavy sets for bi's and HIDE the EZ curl bar; use it maybe once or twice a month.

  • To many reps man you won't get any growth like that. The last couple of reps were the only ones that count. Oh and that head band sucks. Music makes me want to scratch my eyes out. Anyway if you want growth do twice that weight and 8-10 reps.

  • See those last reps your doing, the ones where you can barely do an actual rep, those are the only reps that count out of your whole workout. they kick off the growth mechanism in your body to adapt to that extra work.
