Well, tickets over there to Nepal from the USA are about $1600 a piece, the jump itself is only about 80 USD but you can spend the night at the resort and white water raft the next day for $150.

And as far as skydiving, skydiving has room for error, if your shoot does not open right away you can try again, pull your emergency shoot, or even use a knife if you have one to try to cut it out. You have backup options. Jumping with only a rope and you have no back up, if the rope snaps your dead. There is 0 room for error.

I was planning to do the same yesterday on bungy dive, but those crew people didnt let me take my camera. I wonder how they let you? When I asked them, they told that there was case where camera slipped out of the hand and it fell over the crew sitting below. Since then, they dont allow to take cameras or anything. Seems you are lucky. lol.
