From memory, FAB's video contained fair comment and personal opinion, not slanderous material. There are other videos showing the bouncer telling people not to film, and factual information is a complete defense to such lawsuits (unless there is a breach of confidentiality or similar contract involved).
FAB has little or nothing to fear, but the Plough has garnered itself more bad publicity with this stunt.

Did you know I did 2 years of law school before going into copy editing? The Plough Inn has no case. FAB was merely making a review. I can imagine libel/defamation cases are similar, and do not cover honest reviews. I did see the actual vid,it was up a short time, and there's nothing in it that's libelous. Here's a case that would be laughed out of court in the US! I know Aussies thinks Yanks are sue-happy, but that was mostly in the 80s and 90s Let's hope this case is laughed out too!
