We live around some less famous mounds and last month into a couple weeks ago , my husband and i hear explosion noises coming from an area across the road where they are said to be. Are my eyes playing tricks on me? At 2:46, the diagram shown appears as if it is a cut away view of a woman's uterus. The serpent (sperm like) looks as if it is eating the ovum (egg). The top part of the image even looks like ridges of the lower bowel. Weird, huh?

Do you mean Nephilim? I agree. It's been around for over 4,000 years, and I believe the Nephilim were the ones who created it. I've been to it twice. I don't live far from it now...about 45 minutes away and plan on returning to visit it many more times. I remember we went to see it when I was a child. I was about 4 or 5. I dont think it's a serpent at all. Looks much more like a sperm or a one celled organism of some sort. I also think it predates the Hopi and the Adena. I think there is a mountain of evidence out there supporting the theory that humans have been around a hell of alot longer than what we've been taught.

I am a life-long Ohioan who has been interested in the pre-Columbian peoples of this region since childhood. I have visited many mounds, including the one in this video. To answer jimsim3's question: the mound builders in Ohio were Hopi and Adena, two distinctly separate nations living prior to the time of the tribes who occupied Ohio when European settlers began to arrive. Even the Indians living here did not know anything about the Hopi and Adena people that preceded them.
