  • what camcorder used??

  • Great video. I used to live in West Chester - back when Septa still used the line. Never got to ride it. - Bill

  • This is such an Awesome Video!

  • @dcarpine28 Glad you liked it!

  • Why did the crossing not turn on when it departed Glen Mills?

  • @177987auprr1 Vandals cut the wires a few days prior.

  • Very Good!!

  • @Conrail2576 Thank you!

  • Very nice Adam! Great looking paint scheme on that Alco!! Another great video, Picture quality and sound is great! How in the heck do you always end up in the cab? lol Keep up the great work! 2 thumps Up!

  • @ohiosouthern Thanks! I was invited up after they had saw I bought a ticket and supported the place!

  • Ahhhh, my local shortline. What I would give to have the time to volunteer there. SEPTA, with the recent increases in rail travel, probably wants the line back from the WCRL now.

  • @indie1361 Hopefully they DON'T get it! I like it as the WCRL.

  • @CSX6000 Hey could you direct me to a site where I could get a map of the WCRL, the Deleware River Railroad, and the Steamtown Moscow Line. Ya know, for Lackawanna Railfest 2011?

  • @indie1361 Google maps.

  • @CSX6000 Thanks Adam!

  • Excellent footage Adam! There's nothing wuite like seeing ALCOs in action.:) The AA-2 on that Cab Car sounded like it was fairly loud. Also, I'm guessing that the crossing at Glen Mills doesn't work?

  • @GenesisSanctuary Vandals cut the wires like 3 days before. They have a problem with vandalism on that line unfortunately. It's amazing that they favor quite well as far at their rolling stock goes.

  • Very nice!

  • @tpe18509 Thank you!

  • What kind of horn is on the cab car persay?

  • @andrewbnsf Westinghouse Air Brake AA-2.

  • @CSX6000 Love the WABCO AA-2. Favorite horn by far.

  • @rushs11 This one does sound very pleasant.

  • ahhhh, nothing is bettter than a nicely painted alco!!!

  • @CSX6000 trying to get the number for my local short line to voulenteer to re-paint there locomotive,ALCO rs-3 #4116,better start saving for paint!!!!lol

  • At least 1803 is still being treated good like it was on CP's tracks.

Her sisters 1811 & 18?? are here is Owego. 1811(Or known as Rocky) is working for the Owego & Hartford while the other sister is being used for spare parts because the original owner never took her.

  • @kittycraft 1803 is in very good shape, and seems to be the favorite of the railroad crew. It does certainly look great in the flashy-new scheme that WCRL has goin' on!

  • Wow catenary poles. Not in use though? Love ALCos. Have several models, mainly NYSW. Love your videos too! A friendly tip, don't use a sound that "explosive" right at the beginning of your intro, it's really harsh on both speakers and ear drums if the volume is set too high. Happens easily if the previous video watched had a low sound level..

  • @tompaah7503 I'm glad you enjoy the video, albeit the explosive intro. Sorry, but you're the only person who's actually complained about it.
