Coby by far has the worst Customer service. I received a defective product and when I called to returned they treated me bad and asked for $18 for shipping in order to replace the product, which I find ridiculous. No other company does such thing. My advise buy Sony, Phillips, or other known brand. It cost a little more but its worth it.
The same can be said about creative.
