I am in complete agreement with tips one and four. A tip I'd like to add, is to start working on your list of resolutions in November. This gives you time to make a list of what you REALLY want and not stuff you come up with 5 minutes before midnight on Dec. 31st while you're three sheets to the wind. Also, the stat that I have heard on quittineg resolutions is that most people have given up by January 15th. So you were right. Thanks for uploading, peace.
