One Major Correction: albania is not considered a collaborator with nazis. albania is the only european country that had more jewish families after WWII than after. this has been researched by Israeli and American intellectuals and this FACT is recognized at the Hollocost museum in Washington D.C. since the albanian identity is based primarily on its language (which goes back well before christ), we know that islam and christianity were imposed from without. albanians fought against turks, and skenderbeg represents the dichotomy between "conversion" in order to advance within the great empire of that time as well as strong adherence to the old identity that is free of religious dogma.
