If you have this song on your iPod, while playing it, pull the headphones out slightly.

I cant guarantee that its not good for the headphones, but what you hear in the headphones will be what you are hearing on this video. Basically all guitar with minimal drum tracks and vocals...

But on some songs you only hear a single guitar track...

@shoejunky it is imposible.If you have an Music file There is only one wave.Music and Singing.

@30secTOsasuke The only reason this works like it does is that the vocals are generally placed in the center of a mix. Notice how you can barely hear the snare and kick drum? Those are also in the center of the mix. This works by taking the right and left sides of the stereo track, inverting the phase on one and adding it onto the other side. Anything panned center will be equal on both left and right channels so by inverting the phase and adding them together, the center gets canceled out.

@30secTOsasuke Dude, that's what I'm saying. Unless the track has guitar panned center, when this process is applied, the guitar will not cancel itself out. Honestly though, the way that this "instrumental" is made more often than not produces a pretty crappy result. Not saying there's necessarily a better way to do it short of getting ahold of the session file, but the process I mentioned usually just doesn't sound that great, as you can clearly see with this video.
