Spicing up your pentatonics

Hi Wallimann . thanks a bunch for what a great teacher you are . but just i bit confused on this one. can you pleazz help me out . you started with the first position on G min pentatonic to the third position and to the fourth . is it ok to skip the second position ?

hmm.. i guess i could try variating the diminished 5th a little bit, so all my licks don't sound the same.

also try a diminished 7th ^^ sounds cool. (was it a diminished 7th...)

Do you transcribe songs? Marty Friedmans Saturation point at about 1:20 has this weird stuff goin on Ive used and akai sampler to slow it down and I still cant figure it out maybe you could ? I use a gt 8, its a good processor ,I wonder what it would sound like through a Freyette poweramp they are super clean.
