Thanks everyone. It was about 50 lbs of wet nasty seaweed that I covered my friend with.  And yes he even almost got a minnow in his mouth; one was hiding out in the seaweed. I filmed it with a sony hvr-z5u and did the editing in adobe premiere and after effects.
