Thanks Rob. THese words are so true, and find myself not reacting to my anger and examining what this experience has brought out a fear I have. Seems fear has been programmed into us since birth, and hard to break out of when others are shaking you to make you react. Thanks for this wonderful video and the beautiful scenery.
