ZEFFd thank you for your kind comments. In fact the manufacturer replaced it without a hitch (well done British Agents for Thunder Tiger!). Am looking forward to flying the new one properly.
The electronics on my Innovator 350D were dodgy. It would not always start (on any of my 3 batteries). After mine crashed (following a complete power failure) I have sent it back! Waitng for it to be returned. See YOU Tube to watch the crash!
do not buy this heli alot are defective look at all the crashes at 540 dollars it is not worth the money

I think You need the software and cable
to set it up correctly to Your flying style.
Hope everything works out.. Post some vids when You get it back...
