Oh Robin, this design couldn't get any cuter. I don't wear false nails or tips b/c I don't like how the natural nail gets weakened from the prepping stage. But every time I see one of your designs that I absolutely love, I feel like getting my nails done.

I THINK...........you can do them......just get a nail dehydrator like nail fresh by cnd or use white distilled vinegar..use thin coats of polish and paint and try it....i do manicures that last up to 10 days :) its fun and it makes you smile, you should just do it :D

ok question, i tried to paint my nails with acrylic paint but when i put a clear top coat to seal it, it all came off in rubbery chunks. how do you seal your nails?

@theGreenPrincess16 you must polish the nails first...use thin coats of acrylic paint to do your design and seal it with a topcoat. the thinner the better...make sure you work in thin layers..............i seal them quickly with my topcoat...then for stubborn nails, i go over a second time..i make sure the topcoat is very dry before anyone leaves...its hard to learn to use thin paint..that is why i always say 'thin your paint with water' through the tutorials.....its VERY important. :) xoxoxo

This design is so intricate. I tried doing this on myself but it was so hard. Any tips for a rookie?

@pandapolish um.....yes. use very very thin paint.....make your triangles first......if they barely show...use your second coat..take your time....then, with the lighter of the colors...just go straight down with thin paint..again, use 2 coats......the hard part will be the black lines.....use small dots to join lines if you cannot make lines that fine...if you mess up..let it dry and cover them with the color you were using..ie/if you mess up on an orange crayon, fix with orange paint

@NailsforLive i do not have time. my job is 12 hours a day, i then come home, edit film, produce, answer questions and do all of my other chores.....on weekends i try and take a little time off and decide my next tutorials and i am very very clumbsy and i break nails easily.......mostly, perhaps.....i like making others feel pretty and special more than i like painting my own nails...:) i hope this answer a little bit :D
