After much reading I decided that unless I grow the lettuce... I won't eat it raw... This is certainly a good method to keep on mind, when, for whatever reason I don't have it at hand & need to buy from the grocery store.

"A little dirt is good"... is good, until you experience first hand food poisoning... wash your veggies & fruits well... & boost your immune system playing in the dirt with your kids, or friends.. or pushing that person u like & have ur very own wrestling match ^_^... Sexy.
