I don't see anything unethical about using data mining to finding how to market drugs. There might be trends that actually help people; for example cardiologists prescribing aspirin to the same people they prescribe cardio-drugs. The part that is REALLY wrong is that the same data is sold to health insurance companies, and they use this data to asses risk BUT also to deny coverage.
I don't see why this guy is wearing a business suite.. he's also talking about known stuff and already used by Hardees and shopping malls.
