I figured out how Obama is going to raise taxes. Obama is going to institute the JIZYAH. Historically, jizyah is a tax paid by non-Muslims in exchange for protection.

Palin did NOT make oil companies pay citizens. that program was set up years ago when the pipeline was built to bribe the Alaskian people to ok the pipeline and oil drilling. It is an annual payment. The state also gets it's share of oil money keeping personal taxes lower by shifting taxation to the oil industry.
