I risk it: disclose before I even get into the room. Some of us look so poz, we have no choice but to fight stigma. The best way for me: to say that poz men are HOT.
(but the virus is decidedly unsexy - it just chops years off my life - gotta live with that fact.)
this is a series of non sequiturs, with an overall effect that is morally reprehensible. "Well, now I see, that no, I wouldn't disclose if I were always getting rejected. So I guess it must be ok to lie about it. I mean, I can understand why someone would lie - that's the point of the question - so lying must be all right then."
I truly beleive people have a right to informed choices, but for most gay men they haven't been informed that HIV antibody Testing is a Fraud. There is no way to definitively tell if Humans are infected with HIV. HIV $tigma has cursed the gay community. There is no pride with Iatrogenocide.see "Alberta Reappraising AIDS Society" and "Alive and Well AIDS Alternatives".
Regardless of what the law says, I think its unethical not disclose if you have HIV before having sex, even if it means being unfairly treated. I'm blown away at the idea of placing the blame on negative people who make a personal decision to only be with other negative people. When did having sex become a right?
And not all gay men sleep around and like Madonna!

He said: "30% don't know they have HIV"
I would say that 96% don't know that HIV antibody testing is Non-Specific,a fraud and cannot tell if humans have [HIV]. see: Rethinking AIDS
