  • fantastic playing ladusa and did u know everybody she is my cousin!

  • the piano couldn't follow her... she was way too fast

  • video definitely sped up

  • @SVJLightBulb actually she was playing WAY to fast and the middle was not up to speed

in my opinion, this piece should not be put upon the shoulders of such a young child.

even so, she played this incredibally fast piece remarkably well for an eight year old

  • Wow. When I was that age the most impressive thing I could play twinkle twinkle. Lol you are so incredibly talented.

  • Umm I'm just just gonna go practice now....

  • Wow....the technique is PERFECT. Completely up to speed, no mistakes, smooth and consistent. But you need more expression in the beginning. The expression in the end was great.

  • thtas so cool

  • this video is speed up

  • Excellent!!

  • She did great, but the pianist started out CLUELESSLY. She wasn't rushing, she was playing quickly and the pianist started out puttering about and got a measure behind her..... Finally got a clue about 20 seconds into it.

  • Wow nice playing...

  • je trouve que le piano va pas vraiment avec le violon au debut.... tukah

  • ladusa?? really? i wonder why asian parents think it's cool to find the most obscure names

  • 246trinitrotoluene?? Really? I wonder why white people think it's cool to make names that nobody cares about.

  • 1. is this my real name?

    2. ever heard of chemistry (TNT specifically)?

  • what makes you think so? most of asians have their English names translated direct from their Asian names. how do you know their Asian names are ocscure or not?

  • it's quite simple

if a name is used once every 30 years, it's obscure --- this is of course region specific

if one name is obscure in one place, it may not be halfway across the world, make sense now?

  • If a name from specific region sounds obscure for you, thats normal. Because when they do a name, they dont have to think about what you think. In the other hand, they dont think the name sounds obscure in their region, what you think is what you think, make sense now?

I find this is very strange, why do you comment on peoples name? different cultures have their own way of living which we should never touch. Pls be respectful!

  • @246trinitrotoluene It's a beautiful name, I'd rather be named something unique than generic, which sadly I'm not.

  • @246trinitrotoluene ...excuse u but I'm asian and my name is Elizabeth. Obscure? I think not. And her name is not obscure where she comes from. So stfu.

    k thanks. Bye

    =]

  • @246trinitrotoluene Shut up!!!!!! Say if a person from Korea was named Younjin. That isn't obscure in Korea. Say if a person from Russia was named Alexandra. That isn't obscure in Russia. Say if a person from the United States was named Sarah. Not obscure in United States. Maybe to a person in Korea, yes. So save your stupid comments to ruin someone else's video.

  • @246trinitrotoluene u think anyone really cares what her name is?? its about the PLAYING and how shes amazing at it. if u only care about the name, dont even comment on this video. srsly. get a life

  • fantastic.

  • how to find the sheet ..

  • that was insane xD

  • You hav talent!!

  • This is great and was only 8!!WOW!!!!

  • i'm sure that those who played violin know what playing like this means

this girl has a really great talent...

  • cool!

    amazing!

  • I usually love classical music, but thiers something about this song....She played it awesome though

  • its one of few classical pieces that are mainly chromatic.

  • I hate chromatics! So that must be the reason...

  • thats natural talent. most of the time she's not even looking at what she's doing. its all in her head and in her touch. wonderful

  • you have inspired me to practice more, and be a better musician over all. thank you.

  • WOW, THIS LITTLE GIRL IS SO AMAZING

  • i hope she didnt learn from suzuki i mean if she did it's fine but she will have a hard time learning how to read music. anyways good video she is realy good.

  • wow man you think you really know her? if you did you may say differently... Stop putting your own standards on other people. As far as I know she loves violin, and that's what makes her what she is.

  • or, do you think if you did practice 10 hours per day, you'd be at the same level? She doesn't even do the half of what you claim!

  • Um in fact I leared that peice at 7 and I practice 2 hours a day.

  • get one thing straight: she does not practice 10 hours a day, she practices probably 4 hours but even if that is a lot, she practices smartly. not wasting time. anyone can kill time practicing crap for 10 hours a day getting no where so clearly, she's not forced to, she does what ever the hell she wants.

  • dude shut your fucking mouth. I'm sure her parents don't push her to play violin. Someone who is as talented as Ladusa practices everyday because violin and music is her hobby/passion. You're probably pointing that out stereotype b/c shes asian. You'll never play violin as successfully as her~ loser.

  • maybe she is really talented and doesn't need to practice that much. I mean not all people need to practice 24/7 to become this good some people are just gifted and become so good in a very short time.

  • amazing!!!! you are a genius! :)

  • I played this piece when i was 10, but not perfectly as she. not even now! and im 16

  • not about age,it's about quality.

  • u r amazing for being soo young! keep up the good work and u will go far in ur violin career!

  • she's so cute ^_^ she's going to grow up being truely amazing. i hope she becomes america's next "Joshua Bell".

  • Wonderful!

  • Really AMAZING!

  • for all those fags who say it could be a bit faster, stfu. thats already really good for this age.

  • I've heard a lot faster, but for this age it is amazing. Lol;p

  • Un vil robot...

  • could be done a smidge faster I've heard

  • not about speed and how you heard it. how it's heard is suzuki level...not a good way to learn. she's a pure musician because she can transform what's written out on paper to imaginative gorgeous music, not "oh i heard it this way so i'm gonna play like that!"

  • wow, AMAZINGLY WELL DONE PLAYED!! smile and shine all the time while you're playing. :)

I'm trying to find a piece for solo and ensemble and I think this is one of my choices on my list now that I want to play. Keep it up!

  • Wow, I hope your parents don't push you too hard. You can only be a child once.

  • this girl is 8??!!!! im only 10 and i cant play violin that good and i practice 24/7!

  • LOL! I'm eleven and learnt for three and a half years, while she has learnt 2 years, I am NO where near that standard. She must be BORN for music :o

  • LOL, I asked my dad "What's the secret to being a fast learner? This kid learnt for 2 years and I learnt for 3.5 years and I'm like, half as good as her." and he replied, "She might either have had lessons more than three times a week, either concentrates hard on music or just simply has talent. But you should play violin for just your interest, don't compare with others, I reckon you're a very good violinist already. Don't get too carried away with being a talented violinist".

  • you are amazing! Keep playing!

  • ohhhhhhh my god!

  • Wow she's good! I'm on my 4th year and I'm only playing Beriot no.9 1st movment! I want to play this piece! Oh you guys can listen to me play the violin by typing in

    ninjaviolinist1.

  • OMG! i just learned it and i'm only 12!!!

    ur 8!

    1 word my friend

    WOW!!! xD

[btw i'm a girl ppl mistaken me as a boy [online] b/c of my username]

anyway, keep on playing the violin

    u rock!!! xD

  • omygoodnesss

i played this for a competition

    and totallly bombed it XD

    but u did great =)

  • Very nicely played. I play a 1969 Roman Teller and I think this: Why are people like Ben Eberle (The "10 year old guitar hero!") actually making money from playing a video game. That's just sad, So I am very PO'ed that you only have 24,000 views. Come on people, realize Real skill when you see it!!

  • you play brilliantly, really but with less emotion.

  • wow...im 14 nd i started last year..hope ill get to play exacly like you!!!!!

  • wow! looks challenging! was it hard to learn and how long have you been playing?

  • girls like this make me feel inadequate

im on 4th year and just learning bach partita no.3

    goodness shes good:]

  • My son is playing this piece right now. How long did it take Ladusa to learn this piece? She did a great job. Are the parent's musician too. My biggest problem is that I am tone deaf and couldn't tell when my son is not playing in tune. Any suggestions?? thanks! I feel helpless.

  • wats that part at the end where it shows her playing but there is no sound?

or is my computer just broken?

  • do you have a private teacher?

  • im 13 and im playing this (ive been playing 4 6 1/2 years

  • I'm on 3rd year and I'm playing this. Not everybody plays at the same level.

  • I played this piece on my 2nd year of playing. This isnt that hard I ensure. I started violin late though.

Believe me this can be played in just two years with hard working 4 hours to 8 hours daily practice

  • at her age, i was still plucking. O.O

  • ti to paleyete afoy den paizei auti

  • lols 8 yrs old lols =D she's gd liao JYJY

  • little robot...needs a lot of practice and growing up. still, superb performance

  • LOL - I about fell out of my chair laughing because she wasted her accompanist in the dust. Great violin playing :)

  • terrific!

  • Terrific is her violin, but not she

  • my ear is not keen enough to tell.

  • You'd sound so much better with a full-sized violin.

  • in my opinion the other violin videos on youtube don't even compare to ur videos

  • if she had more emotion and expression it would be better...music without passion is nothing!!

  • O.O

  • you're too fast and the piano accompaniment couldn't catch up XD

  • Dont pick up a guitar! it will melt in your hands!

I really like this alot, just one of those things I can listen to in any mood over and over.

  • That's why it's called 'the bee'

    lol xP

  • o ya, lol

  • Wow, amazing 0_0

  • PUSHY PARENTS! xD great job though.

  • what do you know about her parents? are you a sybil?

  • no but how else can she play so good? lol

  • I must agree.

  • two years. how do you even find a teacher like hers?

  • lol LOOK AT HER MUSCLES =O

    xD very good. ^^

  • you have to have strong arms to hold a violin up for that long

  • WOW she looks like she's not even trying!

  • You know? For TWO years of practice, it's...I can't say it anymore. I've said it too many times today. Can you believe it? TWO YEARS!!

  • OMG. I've seen about ten of such videos today. I don't think I can take it anymore. I could just die. Any moment now. All this...so unbelievable and extremely amazing. I'm so JEALOUS!!

  • I'm amazed... when I was 8 I was still playing stuff like Humoresque from the Suzuki books! I *think* I play better nowadays, but who knows :-)

  • mega cool!

  • Impressed!! not only intonation is good, very expressive in the overall. she only learnt 2 years to be so excellent. really talented!!

  • Excellent Job, Ladusa! This is your friend Maria. You are very good! I wish I could play that well. I am now 11 and still am not that advanced in violin. Yah people do you know what grade that piece is??? I would like to know soon. Thanx!

  • do you where is she from?

  • a kid in my orchestra is 10yro and she played this song but now she in college

  • AMAZING! her intonation was right on and her shifting is brilliant! perfection.

  • How many hours does she practice? She's is VERY goood!

  • your good^^

  • you cheated!!!!!!

    you borowed the devils hands!!!lol

  • hey, come on. the music is called "The bee ". use your imagination please. the beginning is not messy. she just played what's written in the original score. WELL DONE LADUSA! Keep it on!

  • i dont know which notes or skill she was playing but i know she is very good .she expressed it so well.

  • ...WOW thts some skills!

  • She was 8 for christ sakes.

Who are you to ask why the beginning is so messed up?

  • I want to be that good. BRAVO.

    She sure has a passion.

    [Mad Skills Yo]

  • She's so good, like she doesnt even try!!!

  • I guess someone must be really proud of her, but what if she thinks of it as handling fork and knife?...

  • Wonderful, prodiginous playing... she just looks so robotic with her expression that it's haunting.

  • beautiful technique!

  • Amazing technique!!

  • in order to be so young and play like that, you must probably not have a life. sorry if that sounds mean, but its true.

  • sometimes you are born with a good technique that you don't have to actually practice that much and you can be still very good!but in most people particularly asians, what you are saying is true!

  • perhaps she likes to have a life dedicated to play a violin???

  • Someone knows who is her complete name?

  • 8 YEARS OLD! WOW =O i'm impressed actually in shock cause seeing from her age she has control over her bow movements and arms wow very very shocked may she continue her dreams if those are her dreams very nice ^,^ loved it

  • I'm not really sensing the "I really feel the music" from her... But she plays well!

  • awesome

  • great intonation!

  • Bravo! I've seen that you have possessed all the qualitites of prodigies like Yehudi Menuhin and Jascha Heifetz.I Hope you're on working on repertoire like theirs at your age and come out to conquer the world of violin playing.Congrat to your teacher & parents.

  • great control!
