They should sing "Marietta monta in gondola" a real venetian song...I am italian I don't have anything against the south but people should know the real tradition of Venice

Yes it is a song from Napoli, but unfortunately gondoliers in Venice also started singing it, along with "Santa Lucia", another southern song. Tourism eats up everything!

"o sole mio" is a Neapolitan song. It has nothing to do with Venice. Anyway it is well sung! :)
