It was definitelly a reversal film stock. The kind that all film students use in the beginning.

Maybe it's just because I always had a tendency to over-expose reversal because I would wind up hearing that you need a lot of light with it, and I would always overcompensate. It still looks good, though.

I only have four films shot in 16mm black and white. Reminds me of the old days. But gosh it was so damn expensive. The love the love.

Oh, its still super expensive! I had to do an assignment... and I used five rolls, which came to 130 (Canadian) bucks for processing, and each roll was about 17 bucks each to buy... and as you know, each roll holds about 2 and a half minutes.

I definitely think analog (if thats the right word to use here) has almost always looked better than digital... but yeah, I heard about some bluray quality cameras coming out soon that are around 1000 dollars that'll probably change all that.
