@darrkitx11 Amazon.com, son. If you can't order online go to Walmart, they have it all. Meat grinders, casings, kits, books about it, everythang. Don't forget the cure for those links.
@darrkitx11 Dude, did that Hmong guy give you a venison loin or something? I'm talking about the video on your channel of the guy with a four pointer...If so, make a vid of homey cooking it, nobody can make food taste as good as those folks! Vietnamese food is bomb, no question...I'm hoping for some venison links with galangal and cilantro, some fish sauce..mmmm..C'mon bro think Ben Stiller and DOIT!.
Hey Boss, I was looking for something else and came across this video. I cast iron cook and I have never seen this receipe. This is one I'm going to try next. Thanks for making this vid.
i live in an old trailer in the woods with my wife of 30 years and every weekend we cook all our meals on the camp fire it just became something fun to do and i wouldn't change it for the world
There's just a few things missing. Some Wayne Toups music in the background, or old Hank Jr, and an ice chest full of cold ones! Ca, c'est BON! A big high five at you from New Iberia buddy! We coonass boys can throw down on some good camp food. Man that looks good. How long did that take to cook? Three, four, maybe five beers? For you non - Cajuns, that's how we measure time when we cook outside! LOL! Great video my friend. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
@thecajunblaze Good food and relaxing around like that reminds me of our old deer camp we had years ago. We'd sit around the fire after a good sauce piquante or gumbo on those chilly nights with some Cajun or country music on the radio, a few beers or a little whiskey and Coke or Sprite (not too much), telling hunting stories while the barred owls were hootin' and squawkin' among themselves in the woods. Once in a while a pack of coyotes would yip, yap, and howl in the distance. Good memories.
@thecajunblaze hahaha "this camera needs some nostrils on it so you can smell how good it is" classic, btw that sure does look good & thanks for sharing.
Red Beans - It's not Monday and that's not NOLA. You're going to have all those folks coming to Sportsman Paradise after the excrement hits the air-conditioning. Makes me miss home.
looks amazing! but its weird that you said it makes you want to slap ya mamma at the end because throughout the whole video, i was thinking i would have to add some Slap Ya Mamma! to it.
Man that looks GOOD. Of course I've been watching your knife reviews and things for a long time. Keep up the good work!!!! In the mean time my mouth is watering!

@cajunblaze, that recipie makes me hungry!, going to try it out, just a couple of questions...
-do you include the seeds from the Jalopeno peppers?
-did you soak the beans overnight?
-is the seasoning that you used widely available?
I like to saute onions and garlic in the bacon drippings for a bit, and replace some of the water with canned tomatoes FYI
