YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!! This is for Missing Persons what "space age love song is for Flock of Seagulls. Nothing like a great new wave athemy love-ish song!!! They never elapse into sap...JUST PERFECT!! MISSING PERSONS FOREVER!
Probably my favorite MP tune of all. I played many during my adventures as a club keyboardist in the early- to mid-80s, and love the majority of their work, but this one always stood out for me. Hidden gem indeed. Thanks so much for posting this.
Thanks so much for posting this video! I haven't heard this song in forever! It was the anthem of my senior year of high school and really lifted me up with it's lyrics!
Thank you soooo much for posting this. After hearing/seeing A Million Years I had to hear this seeing as they go together on the album. I wore my album out and had just bought the cd reissue right before Hurricane Katrina took my entire music collection and the cd along with it.... Thanks again
I agree--The 2 songs (This one, and "Million Years") really are a great pair. Like you, I "need" to hear this 1 after "Million" for the complete experience.)
My dad just sent me a link to this in my email, telling me that it was a good love song from the decade that he and my mother would listen to. This is great! Thanks so much for posting this, you rock!
Great song. It is an anthem for those of us who want more to life than just getting by. Take the road in your dreams.
