It works, but CPU will bottleneck this videocard, so you need to overclock it.
You also want to upgrade your memory, corsair 2GB x 2 5-5-5-15
( don't go over 300FSB and don't go lower than 5-5-5-15. Sadly this mobo does not allow you to tweak voltages ) If you do, you just have to reset CMOS.
You also want to download the latest intel chipset driver on intel.com.
