  • I just now learned a bit of sedona and tried some, and Ive done tapping in the past as well. It hasnt worked much for me in the past but lately it has been helping. I also use Diamond Alignment (which is free and only 6 minutes, I do it twice daily), holosync for an hour and I do quantum K about once a week. Sedona seemed to help me out, some of the problems or things I am dealing with, im not quite sure whats causing them, or what it precisely is :P

  • One day I had awful stomach pain. That evening I sat down and decided it would be the first time I would get rid of pain by eft. So I located the cause which was feeling shame of my body especially the tummy region. Within minutes eft had gotten rid of my pain!

  • I think that you must play the tricks & go extreme 1st... ex. "It was their fault", "Why should i put up with it"....Then you allow rationalization to spill out in order of how you originally felt........TAPPING is Very effective. It requires a determination to handle the problem & keep an open mind. When you do it, its like coming into alignment with your subconscious. It can eliminate anger management & phobias. Good vids

  • Thank You! BTW, that Odin guy is wallowing in ignorance; just continue to fly higher than the cackling crows! So yes, my own experience is that EFT opens a neurological pathway for releasing, so why not engage this powerful methodology? Purists of either camp will cluck-cluck at this combining, but I will certify that EFT is a brilliant adjunct to Releasing!

    Mantras are QUITE boring....even if your tapping yourself...hahahaha

  • Even though one thing may not work for you doesnt mean that it doesnt work for others! I have had Shiatsu Massage and it is the same points they are working with in EFT!
