You can't wear it if your in a training mode of exercise - where you are burning all fat content. It grows the breast tissue including adipose or fat tissue. Those that exercise profusely or are in training will grow more slowly as there is less fat content.

You are right - you need to stay in shape and a regular exercise routine is fine. I exercised in my off hours and I was fine. If your training for a marathon you would be burning any and all excess fat. Best then to wait until training is over and start Brava after.
I worked out in my off hours - I kept my body in shape at the same time.
If you are training for a marathon and burning all fat content - since breasts are part fat extreme training can limit growth if your trying to increase your breasts. Makes sense. Use it after you train for the marathon. ;)

Does this mean I'll need to stop doing this for brava bra to work?Coz i dont think I will want to do that.I don't wan to be unhealthy and fat.Can't I still use the brava? and if I was to stop working out and cont.. after the use of brava..wouldn't I be losing all the fat gain (from the breast) again anwyz?
