i watched this thinking it was gunna be dreadful because i've never seen someone cover eddie right but i think this is the best cover i've ever heard on youtube. my only complaint is at 3:44 in the original there's a cymbal swell and the drums go silent. but you can do whatever you want i just think it sounds better the other way.

Hey man, great job with this song... You really nailed it with the tone and emotion of this song. The clarity of the guitars is fantastic. Great voice, too. I'm sure it's difficult to sing Pearl Jam songs in a way that makes the listener not think immediately of how the singer sounds different/worse from Eddie Vedder, but you did it. Sounded unique but familiar with all the right tones and nuances. Great, just great.

I think you've got a great voice. I've sung pearl jam covers as well. A couple of things:

You have an excellent nasal control and power which shows in the lower parts. The thing is this song needs a cleaner voice in such parts. Try exhaling through the mouth and not the nose, open more your jaws and sing, you'll notice the difference. This for the lower tones. The chorus and higher tones are just excellent.
