Back then B.G. always sounded like a grown man. Dude was one of my favorites out the original roster besides UNLV, Kilo-G, Pimp Daddy, and Hot Boys of course
This is my most favorite song I've ever recorded and mixed. I never get tired of hearing it. Mannie and I co-produced the track and I thought it was amazing that he wanted to do a weird talkbox part...so the robot voice at the end Mannie using a Peter Frampton talkbox while he played the Moog synth for the sound...it was so funny to watch.
Wonder how pissed the Cash Money fans who were around since the Kilo G tape are nowadays being arter 3 and Kevin Rudolf were the only things released last year
@snakesonawiggly you right, CMR back then was way better it seems like since then CMR has expanded further then New Orleans tho but i prefer the 90's era of CMR the most and early 2000's
Following Kilo-G "Bloody City" '95, Pimp Daddy RIP album "Pimpin Aint E-Z", 1994-1995, released 1996 followed by Magnolia Shorty "Monkey On The Di$k", U.N.L.V. "Uptown 4 Life", B.G. "Chopper City", Big Tymers "How You Luv That Vol. 1" Juvenile "Solja Rags", Ms. Tee "Female Baller", U.N.L.V. "Greatest Hits with Some New Songs", B.G. "Its All On U volume 1" Hot Boys "Get It How U Live", B.G. "Its All On U Vol. 2", Big Tymers "How You Luv That vol.2", Juvenile "400 Degreez"...u better kno da rest.
@floracita i got almost all the CMR cds but some of them u aint gonna find so some gotta be bootlegged cuz since the hurricane the cds were lost, the peaches records and tapes store is even ruined since then
YEA, nice I been looking for somebody to put up this CD, put that Pimpin Aint EZ, Bloody body, legend live and gone but no forgotten..classic Cash Money CD right here one of the most unknown and underrated...
Manny fresh's samples were the best..
