Right now, Israelis are seliing tons of cocaine on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, especially at Jaco Beach where they operate with no fear of the law since they don't have extradition treaty with the US government. But guess what? The US govt doesn't WANT to arrest them-THAT'S the biggest story of all
